SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed online will be shipped to you using courier service or can be picked up from our warehouse.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders 9:30 - 3:00 Monday – Thursday, 9:30 - 2:00 Friday on the same business day (exclude NSW public holidays and Christmas holiday). This time frame is guaranteed. We may be able to dispatch orders on the same day after 3:00(Mon-Thur) and 2:00 (Fri). We are not in control of when courier driver arrives to pick up the orders, occasionally may need to send next day.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No merchandise may be returned for credit without a prior authorization.
All returns are dealt with on a case by case basis.
No merchandise will be accepted for credit after 30 days from date of invoice.
All items for credit must be unused and in its original packaging.
All Returns must be received within 14 days of authorization, otherwise the authorization becomes void (buyer pays return postage).
Returns/exchange authorized, please send it to us or drop in person to our warehouse.
