All orders placed online will be shipped to you using courier service or can be picked up from our warehouse.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders 2:00 - 3:30 Monday – Friday (exclude NSW public holidays and Christmas holiday). This time frame is guaranteed. We are not in control of when the courier driver arrives to pick up the orders, occasionally may need to send next day.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team.

The shipping charges for cutaway and tearaway stabilizers by the 100m roll will have additional costs. We charge flat rates, however, if we are freighting stabilizers by the roll (weighs 4 - 8 kg per roll), we will need to charge what the courier charges us.
